What is Mugen Gakuen?

Mugen Gakuen is the High School that Haruka, Michiru, and Hotaru attended in SailormoonS. It was the secret base of the Witches 5 and the Death Busters. In fact, some of the Witches 5 disguised themselves as students at Mugen Gakuen to gather more "Pure Hearts".

What does Mugen Gakuen mean?

Mugen Gakuen translates as Infinity School. In fact, the symbol on the school uniforms is a black star (symbol of the Death Busters) with a white infinity symbol in the center.

Why name this site Mugen Gakuen?

Why not? It's a mini-section of Tomoe Residence. And Professor Tomoe established Mugen Gakuen. So........I think you get the idea.
