The CHAPTER 13. And WHAT FOR US IS NEED,
THESE EXTRATERRESTRIALS?

In this chapter we shall consider two problems, at first, as far as any contacts with extraterrestrial civilizations are real, secondly,  whether there is in them generally any sense. We shall be stipulated, that here we shall stand on rigid soil of the existing physical theory. A fantasy we shall not have here.
                      Certainly, technical feasibilities, existing on today, to speak about any interstar travelings  do not allow. But we allow, that, of years through two hundred, the mankind can create a space vehicle permitting to speak about such travelings. In this spacecraft the people will fly. It is natural, that the conditions of flight should correspond to physiological possibilities of the person and to be as much as possible approximate to natural conditions.
                      In particular it concerns to gravity. Taking into account, that the flight will be long, gravity should be no more terrestrial. This force on the spacecraft will form by the  acceleration and should be approximately equal 10 m\s2. Let's assume, that the method of constant supplement of energy used for creation of such acceleration is found .
                      Before to make some calculations, we shall be acquainted with some problems of a relativity theory. This theory is based on the reasonable enough accounts. Despite of attempts some critics, at serious scientists it  does not call of doubts. But understanding of its consequences, especially in the popular literature, sometimes not absolutely correctly. First of all, a main postulate of this theory is that any physical effect can not be transmitted in space with a velocity, greater then speed of light. Here, it seems, all is clear. If we shall transmit radio signal, say, to a galaxy Andromeda mist, that it will be accepted there not earlier than approximately through four million years. If any civilization there from will answer to us, the answer to the message we shall receive approximately through eight millions years. Certainly, here it could not be accepted.
                     But by other all this is showing in spacecraft. In the fancy novels it looks approximately so: « the Captain, having introduced a drive on a maximum power, observes of arrow of the pointer of a velocity. The arrow more and more comes nearer to red dash of speed of light. Arrow, at last, has approached to it. Suddenly has taken place … (and further already depends on imagination of the author) ».
                      Actually nothing will happen. You see all processes on the spacecraft happen in the closed system, where the usual laws of physics act. For want of it the velocity will be determined by the usual formula,   v = a × t , where v - velocity, a - acceleration, and t - time. Therefore pointer of a velocity can show and more than speeds of light, both ten speeds of light, and hundred. Other business, that the observer from the Earth would see, that the velocity of the spacecraft comes nearer to speed of light, but to surpass this speed it can not in any way, that all processes in the spacecraft are more and more decelerated. Therefore, what power the  spacecraft drive would not develop, will return spacecraft on the Earth in time, not smaller, than on the same path is spend of time a ray of light.
       In it the so-called paradox of twins consists. The astronauts, on the time of flight would grow old, say, of years on a thirty, and on the Earth during their flight will passed a millenniums.
       What can an astronauts to observe  on such grandiose velocities in an illuminator? They will see, that, at the expense of Dopler effect, the spectrum of stars ahead will be shifted more and more in violet area, and spectrum behind - in red. The picture will vary. A radiation of stars of a visible band (for stars, to which the spacecraft comes nearer) will proceed in ultraviolet area and become invisible. But becomes visible a infra-red radiation. For stars, from which the spacecraft is deleting, there will be all on the contrary. Becomes visible an ultra-violet, and then and X-radiation. Spacecraft will have such energy, that will be passing near of the observer, will be recognized by him as high-power splash of a space radiation.
       For obviousness, we shall look now some calculations. Let's calculate, for what time on internal hours the spacecraft can reach a velocity equal to speed of light , if acceleration  10 m\s2 is. On   Above-stated formula is defined, that t=v/a , or 3 × 10 8 /10 = 3 ×10 7, that is approximately equal to a year.
       Let's try to determine, how many, on a same conditions, it is required of time to astronauts to fly to the nearest spiral galaxy Andromeda mist. It is taken into account, that the way there and back on times is identical, and also that half of path the spacecraft is boosted, and second is braked. Then the path, on which the spacecraft is boosted, is equal about two million light years.
      Taking into account, that if to transfer it in meters, we shall have approximately 2 ×10 22m. the Path, as is known, on acceleration is determined under the formula: S=(a×t2)/2. Then    , or    , or, approximately 0,6 ×1011seconds. Or, in recalculation for years, two thousands of years. With time of braking - four thousands of years. There and back - eight thousands of years. Thus, the crew should be ready that they and their offsprings will conduct in flight eight thousands of years. On the Earth will pass eight millions years. Certainly, in these conditions to send spacecrafts to other galaxies for us it is completely senseless. To the same conclusion our brothers on reason will come also.
       If in the same way to count more actual basic data, for example, to limit time conducted by crew in spacecraft, to 30 years, it is possible to reach any star in a radius up to 50 l.y. On the Earth for this time will pass about 200 years. Among an approximately thousand of stars were within the limits of this radius, and well investigated, while any indications about availability near them of planetary systems and, especially, of civilizations, it is not revealed. Proceeding from our previous analysis, the probability of a determination of extraterrestrial civilizations among these stars, practically is equal to zero. Therefore sense of a sending there spacecraft also completely is absent.
       Is valid, even if the astronauts and will find a civilization, and it will appear more developed than ours, and the degree of this development can be interpreted by ours envoys, that, having returned on the Earth, they will detect, that the civilization of the Earth so passed to forward, that the informations by them delivered are simply useless. Is valid, if in an end of the eighteenth century our envoys were acquainted with a civilization of beginning of our century and come to us presently, anything except as historical interest they for our time any more would not represent.
      Certainly, this our brothers on reason would understand also. Therefore and for us of their visit it is not necessary to wait. In this connection even if to suppose, that our accounts of probability of extraterrestrial civilizations are incorrect, a phrase « we in the universe one », we could replace with a phrase « we in the universe practically one », that from the point of view of practical all the same.
       Now, we allow, that we here again make an error. Let's allow, that an any minute to us can be come alien spacecraft. For what we should be ready. We can judge about contacts of civilizations on our historical experience. For example on experience of contact of an european civilization with civilizations of America after its discoveries. As we know, it has reduced to their full destruction.
                    A extraterrestrial civilization, with which we can enter contact, can be more developed, less developed or approximately also are advanced as well as our civilization. The degree of difference in development will be faster than all very large. Therefore about any useful contact can not be and speech. If the civilization will be more developed, they will catch some representatives of our civilization, will take samples, analyses, drives us in a reservations and will  take that is necessary for them on our planet. We precisely also shall act , if we shall find a civilization less developed.
       Most completely improbable, if to us will arrive the representatives of some civilization which has overtaken us of years up to hundred. In it manic desire of some enthusiasts of search of extraterrestrial civilizations also consists. Let's allow also, that the moral level them is very high (that rather doubtfully by our civilization) and they would like  to do happy us and to inform us by knowledges, technologies etc. Here is a large problem too. The practice of our life showed, that we have appeared are not so ready even for a that level of knowledges and technologies, which have achieved themselves. So that favour that we shall receive as free and prematurely will be rather doubtful. And our scientists and inventors hardly will be delighted that that to that they have devoted the life and mass of works (expecting on any success, it is natural) it will be appears unnecessary.
       Thus, the favour from probable contact with extraterrestrial civilizations is rather doubtful, and harm and danger are rather possible. Therefore strategy of our civilization in relation to other civilizations should be one - to hide and to not be look out. Certainly, we know, that the probability of existence of extraterrestrial civilizations practically is equal to zero. Therefore it is possible to not be afraid of games of some fans from the scientist. But is pity of money  - our money, of a tax bearers.

THE CHAPTER 14. And AS UFO

Many, if not everything, reading this book will tell - and how UFO (I think everyone know what this abbreviation is understood as the unidentified flying objects)? The literatures on this subjects to not calculate. Certainly, 99 % of the messages about UFO it and is simple fabrications, and the error perception of the rare exotic phenomena in a nature, and consequence of activity of the person, in starts of rockets, meteorological probes etc., and more often, is simple a duck of the cheap newspapers tending to lift circulation.
       Nevertheless, there are also cases, from which so simply to wave away it is impossible. Here we shall mark, that everything, about what we until now spoke concerned our universe, or all volume, that is enveloped by our three-dimensional space. However, there are quite serious basis to suppose, that except for physical interactions of a potential character, that is such, where an operation in inverse proportion to guadrate of a distance, other are possible also, where an operation back both cube and fourth etc. degrees from a distance. Especially it is exhibited in the field of elementary particles.
        It allows to suppose, that there are spaces with the many-dimensional metrics, or many-dimensional spaces (four and more dimensional). The scientists approach to study of a new class of elementary particles - microleptons. We approach to understanding a physical essence of such phenomena, as aura etc. All this is very interesting, but leaves from frameworks of the present book. Here we shall mark, that the possibility three-dimensional universes, parallel by ours, already especially and is not challenged.
       It is quite possible, that our scientists of years through fifty will make discoveries, because of which the technologies permitting to send probes in the parallel worlds will be developed. Therefore is possible, as from the parallel worlds to us are directed probes, with the purpose of monitoring of  processes, which here happen. While that is not present enough basis what to evaluate, it is good or poorly. At least, outcomes of operations those who visits us from the parallel worlds, as not so inspire.
                      That they  will  trample wheat on a field , is not clear for what purpose. Or a cattle will damaged. Or had drag of someone in the UFO and on him will conduct any experiments. And generally, will arrive, will spied and will depart. It would  be better than these representatives of other civilizations was not at us. So that there is a UFO, or them are not present, it is one that  we can to tell, in our universe we are alone.
                      And it is better to be much farther from UFO.

 THE CHAPTER 15. HOW TO LIVE FURTHER?

So, we in the universe are alone. And other such planet, as our Earth, is not present. And to disappear to us with it there is no place. All that to us is necessary, it to love and to care about it. Look, as it is beautiful, this third planet of a Solar system, that flying where that in a spiral of a galaxy a Milky way.  It is our house, was gifted for us by a nature and God. All on it is made so that it was convenient, comfortable and good. Moreover, all is arranged simply ideally. If something to change (to turn there rivers back or to begin to heat tundra, to dry up bogs, to irrigate of desert, to break mountains etc.), it will be only worse.
     Fifteen billions of years all universe worked so that such planet has appeared. Five billions of years all planet worked, that we have appeared.
 And we are. A crown of a nature.
        It is a shame. It is a shame to understand, that we, instead of protecting and to care the Earth - our mother, we plunder it, rob it , we cover by dross, we destroy everything, that it created for us hundred millions years.
        It is necessary to mark once again, that each stage of development of life on the Earth passed in certain, most approaching conditions. And these conditions already never will be. Therefore, if to destroy, say, all mammals, they never will not revive any more. If to destroy all alive on the Earth, the life on it already never will revive. If to destroy all alive on the Earth, the man too on it live can not. Killing a nature - the man kills itself. If you in a wood have picked of flower, and, leaving from woods, have thrown out them, you already a little bit have killed yourselves.
        Look, what beauty the universe has presented to us. Anywhere in the universe of such beauty is not present, yes, more perhaps, and will not be. Hundred millions galaxies, billions and the billions of stars exist only that there was this waterfall, this sunset, this hare, this kiddy. Unless it does not shake of you?  

And, at last, all for the sake of that spark, which we call as soul of the man. That purpose, for the sake of which exists all universe. Each this spark is handed by God to man, that must during a life, in sufferings and torments, to have added to it some little of virtue. And in this work with itself any a extraterrestrial civilization any extraterrestrials  will not help to you. And   When, in  times  of Shumer, of Napoleons wars, developed socialism or of overdeveloped capitalism;  And   where, in mountains of Tibet, on shores of a Tiger, in stone jungle of cities, in  nomads tent a problem before the person one -  To improve immortal Soul.
       Certainly, the expensive automobile, telephone, TV set or there still is pleasant to have something. But even let's to realize, that behind each from these boons of a civilization are the destroyed woods, of the contaminated rivers, whole kinds of dying out animals, poisoned by chemistrys a fields. Yes what to speak! Unless there is still somebody, who does not know about Chernobil, about dried up Aral, that in a refuse pit have converted the Mediterranean sea, that a rhinoceroses, elephants, the zebras live only in reserves.
        No, it we certainly know,  but in the uncontrollable greed  and intemperates to resist from temptations certainly we can not.
       Certainly, here there is a speech about the normal people, by which I consider myself as a honour. And how many still of a dregs of society, for which everything, about what we here speak, is simple up to a bulb. Yes they also will not read this book. What is for them, one we in the universe or not one. For the sake of a profit they will kill not that that of the latter of the  rhinoceros on Earth ,but also latter  of the men on the Earth, it is natural except for itself.
       Well yes that about them to speak, dear my interlocutor. Even if you will have a pity and will not pluck even one flower on a meadow near river, I shall consider my task quite successfully executed. And on it, allow to say goodbye to you, dear my brother (or sister) on reason, as you see that other brothers we have not, because we in the universe one!

EPILOGUE

The Newton spoke: «I saw so far because stood on shoulders of the giants». I think, that he was quite sincere. The knowledges are accumulated a gradually, and when in any field of knowledge their amount becomes critical, the qualitative revolution happens. And those who appears at centre of this revolution, are included into the annals of a history of science. Certainly, certain injustice here is looked through, and justifies it, in any measure only that the scientists, with which by destiny the honour is entrusted to sum up some stage of development of science, are, as a rule, really outstanding persons.
       Any work in the field of science consists first of all in use already of being available knowledges, with some, frequently minor, processing, which and is small step of large progress. In this connection, the first indication of any scientific work is the list of the used literature. Though the given book is more popular scientific, in the certain degree entertaining and largely polemical, nevertheless for writing the author widely used the scientific and educational literature. The list some from the used books is enclosed. The author expresses thanks to the involuntary co-authors, which books used.
        Number of hypothesises, including hypothesis about formation of a planetary system, moon and some other, the author takes on his conscience. Someone from the scientists with them will be disagree. But, infortunately, something distinct on these problems the author in the literature has not found, and can only answer by a phrase of Lomonosov «To criticize little costs, to give something best, is the task of the real discoverer».
       By all who  purchased and, especially, who reads of this book, the author expresses sincere thanks and wishes successes in life and spiritual perfecting.
