Le Papillon, our first gîte has private access with terrace. Your second terrace, a paved terrace with barbecue allow the climate to be
enjoyed in private. Gardenfurniture, sunbeds and a parasols are available. The
gîte accommodates up to 2 adults (plus one baby) and has an electric cooker with oven, fridge,
microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and a bathroom with bath, separate shower,
toilet. It has one bedroom on the mezzanine with two single beds.
Satellite TV, iron and board are provided as well as a collection of
books. The necessary furniture for a baby can also be provided.
The pool will be shared with our guests in Les Hirondelles. You will enjoy the sunfalls

The gîte. On the groundfloor is the
livingroom/kitchen. Also the bathroom with bath, douche and toilet. On the
mezzanine you will find two single beds. The gîte has two private terraces, a shady terrace and a sunny, paved terrace with
barbecue.
The sunny paved terrace is about 25 m2 and has superb view. You will enjoy the
sunfalls |

Around the gîte. The gîte has southerly
aspect and stands in 2 hectare's of partly wooded grounds with fine
panoramic views of the adjacent valley of the river Serene. You will find
many places to relax and/or read your book in the shade.
At your disposal! All facilities, like
the tennistable, dartboard, bikes and boulodrome are at your
disposal. |
Prices are quoted in Euro (€ )per week for a maximum of two people and
includes the normal consumption of electricity and water and a bed linen
packet (sheets covers and pillowcases).

The deposit is required at the time of
booking. This is to confirm the booking and is payable by cheque or bank
transfer. Payment of the actual renting costs will be on arrival.
The changeover day is Saturday, guests are welcome to arrive after 3.00 p.m.
and asked to vacate before 10.00 a.m. We ask our guests not to smoke inside the
gîte. Sorry but no pets. Garden maintenance will be organised by the owners,
including watering of plants.
