CANADA HOLIDAY

Those of you who know me, will know me and my friend Sammie went to Canada on the 12th June for 2 weeks, to see my great mate Marty get married. He moved out there in April to be with his fiance whom he met on the net. The wedding was on the 24th June and I couldnt miss it, so I decided to pack my bags and be with him for his special day......

Here is how it went....

Up at 5.30am, still hadnt packed all my cases (trust me to leave it to the first minute)...hehe. Left home at 7am to pick up Sammie and head to the station to catch the train to Gatwick. It was all very exciting. Me and Sammie were acting like a couple of kids on the train...no change there then.!!!

We had a 1.30pm flight, and we reached the airport for about 10am ish...We checked in our suitcaes so as not to lug them round the whole airport.Hmm what do we do now. So we head for the place that does the nicest brekkies at the airport...Yeah, you guessed it, MacDonalds!!!

Once we had checked through custom, we decided to have a look round the shops....The airport seemed more like a shopping mall.

After alot of time wasting, we decided to go to the boarding lounge and watch the planes outside the window.

Sammie in the boarding lounge...WOOHOO!!

As we were sitting there, smoking, minding out on business, I see a familiar face...I turn to Sammie and say "Oh look, theres Richard Branson". She turns around, expecting to see a pictureof him, when there he is, in the flesh, casually walking past us, giving us a smile. Hehe...

Anyway, we board the plane, I was a bit nervous, but once we got into the flight, I was fine. I watched 2 films inflight, The Beach, and Reindeer Games....
