Instructions for all the software below:

Each software below has some dependencies. I suggest strongly you extract a software-set as a unit into one single directory. This is for two reasons:

you'll be able to find them all, and MAINLY
The programs will execute without a hitch since the required tools are all in the same directory, therefore automatically in the PATH.

Brief Description

MKSCH: Make Microsoft Schedule Pilot format

Features:

Event is created by adding Schedule's "event" and "where" field
Compares old and new imports to output only the new records

MM2PILOT: Meeting Maker to Pilot

Features:

Handles any change in order of fields in the exported file from MM,
Event is created from MM's event string and location string

A different solution by: Narayan Natarajan

Features

Event is created from MM's event string and location string,
has the same batch wrapper as mksch so will output new records only,
Cannot handle change in order of fields as Scott's solution.

EXPENSE: Pilot Expense to Quicken Interchange Format

AWK script change and use as you choose,
creates QIF files for each account which may be imported into MSMoney or Quicken
Marks each import with "Pilot" in check number field
