Gluten, Bean & Pasta Casserole
Saute
gluten in oil for until desired consistency (I like 30 minutes or so). Add onion
and cook until onion is golden. Add garlic, spices. Add tomatoes, tomato paste
and beans. Heat. Add macaroni and yeast. Put into an oiled casserole pan and
bake at 375oF for 30 minutes.
- 4 cups cubed gluten, flavored
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
- 2 Tablespoons garlic
- Spices: Italian Seasoning, poultry seasoning,
oregano, thyme, basil, garlic
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- salt, pepper
- 1 can kidney beans (1 cup, cooked)
- 3 cups cooked macaroni
- Nutritional yeast
- oil
