Seitan/Potato Saute
- 1 onion (I used red)
- garlic (I used lots - 5 cloves)
- seitan (I used chicken-like , about 3 cups worth)
cubed,
- cooked potatoes (about 2 cups worth)
- 1 cup broth (I used broth from seitan chicken-like)
- salt, pepper, spices (oregano, basil, poultry
seasoning, thyme) flour or corn starch to thicken.
Oil Saute seitan in oil till brown
(I like it real brown - 20 minutes). Add onions & garlic, cook till soft. Add
rest of ingredients, thicken if need be, serve hot.
