Tofu Pot Pie

Dry tofu and chop into small pieces. Mix the flour, and spices and coat tofu cubes. Saute in oil until tofu is brown. Add onions & garlic. Cook until onion is brown. Add other vegetables & spice to taste. Add gravy (see below). Cook until thick. Add to pie shells. Bake at 350oF for 45 minutes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gravy

 

 

 

 

Melt butter. Add flour and spices. Cook over low heat until flour is brown. Slowly whisk in liquid. Cook until desired consistency.
