For those who would like to listen to some
RealAudio while visiting Vienna Online, we present CL Florian's "Classical Surfing Music." This is not a contest, but a showcase of broad talent.
Our featured artist for this month is the guitarist
Christopher Broski, in Cyberspace known as Rabid Weasel ;o) You can hear him play the song
Greensleeves, which is - "arguably the most popular song of the Golden age of the English Lute (1580-1620). This arrangement comes from a version by Francis Cutting (1556?-1612?)." - as Chris informs us.

Make sure you'll also click on:

for many more pieces performed and beautifully recorded by Chris Broski. His whole website is worth browsing!
Chris tells me that his own compositions are sort of dark, new-age guitar. He thinks of himself as the "Anti-Yanni." ;o)
Chris is very versatile. His musical endeavors started in third grade when he learned to play the organ and later the saxophone. Chris discovered the guitar for himself through rock music, but he couldn't resist the classical guitar. Keep it up, distinguished colleague!
Would you like to submit your musical talents as Classical Surfing Music? This is not a contest, just a showcase of broad talent. If you are a composer, conductor, vocalist, instrumentalist, make music with a group or alone, amateur or professional, here is your chance for extra exposure!
