Vienna Community Leaders
Community leaders are the "Good Samaritans" of GeoCities, seeking out the best sites in the neighborhood, watching out for violations, providing a helping hand to new and established homesteaders, and participating in many projects and contests. If you have some time, understand what's going on in GeoCities, and like to volunteer, consider becoming a community leader.
Who's Your Leader?
Before February 2000, GeoCities was divided into Suburbs within Neighborhoods. Many of those suburbs still survive in the neighborhoods, and it was with these "hoods and burbs" that many CLs were organized. If you have a suburb address and want to see if you have an assigned CL, or if you just want to see the current list of Vienna leaders, click the link.

Vienna Residents Club
All GeoCities Vienna residents are invited and encouraged to join the Vienna Residents Club. Through this club we keep track of what is happening in Vienna, such as games and contests, special chat events with classical entertainers and performers. Members can post their news about page updates, special things they have found on the web and want to share. We keep a list of important links to know about, a calendar of events -- it's all there waiting for the classically inclined to join and participate.
The Vienna Award
Vienna's original neighborhood award, your site could win it if it exemplifies a Vienna theme of classical music, ballet, opera, or Vienna, Austria. View the winners and send in your application.
