This album was originally intented to have 11 tracks, but the song which was supposed to be the 10th track, "Left Handshake", had to be dropped due to problems getting the rights to use some of the samples of Timothy Leary speaking. From the notes of cEvin Key - "Sample from 'Tune In Turn On.' Permission denied from Henry G. Saperstein, owner of copyright - but Leary granted permission, so what do you do? May be given to bootleggers for a one-sided seven inch." This was never done. The Canadian CD release has 10 tracks on the disc, while the US version has 11 tracks with track 10 being 0:00 long. In Both Cases, "Circumstance" is labelled track 9 and "Download" track 11. Early releases of the US version CD had a pressing glitch that caused everything on the disc to be shifted 39 seconds too early (i.e. the first 39 seconds of "Love in Vein" were missing, "Killing Game" started 39 seconds before the first track ended, etc, and "Download" ended with 39 seconds of silence. The glitch was repaired and caused some releases to have a sticker reading: "Quality Controlled Skinny Puppy".
