Robert Smothers
euphonium

Robert M. Smothers is a music teacher for Jefferson County Public Schools in Louisville, KY. He freelances on euphonium and trombone in the Louisville area.

Robert has performed with the University of Louisville Symphony band, The Commonwealth Brass Band, Derby City Brass Quintet, The Southern Seminary Orchestra, and The Derby City Tuba Quartet. He also appears on the compact disc "Lumen" by trumpeter Michael Tunnell. He performs on a Hirsbrunner euphonium.

Robert graduated from the University of Louisville with a BME. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in counseling from the University of Louisville.
