 It Must be Meant
There is no kindness of the heart...Or act of charity... If it is selfish or it is...Performed reluctantly...No favor we are asked to do...Is really worth the while...Unless we instantly comply...And do it with a smile...For when we are begrudging as...We play the friendly part...Quite obviously our action is...Not coming from the heart... It shows that we are insincere...And though we pay a price ...There is no true affection and ...There is no sacrifice ...So let us think when we are asked...For favors great or small...And let us do them willingly...Or do them not at all.
