Born in Montreal, Lucienne Robillard obtained her secondary education at the école Marie-Médiatrice. She holds a B.A. degree from the Collège Basile-Moreau (1965), a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Montreal (1967). Ms Robillard also earned a diploma in Administration (1983) and a Master's degree in Business Administration (1986), both from the école des hautes études commerciales in Montreal.
