In 1936 at the Olympics in Berlin a 17 year old American named Adolph Kiefer stunned the world and won the gold metal in the 100 meter backstroke(which when I swam competetively was my best stroke) In 1947 the Kiefer Sports Group was founded to offer the highest quality products to the aquatics community. It is no surprise that Indiana's Premiere Waterpark Deep River Waterpark of course would use the services of the Kiefer Sports Group.

During my time at Deep River Waterpark I have the oppotunity to talk with many lifeguards and other people who work in the park. I make many observations and here for entertainment purposes only are my opinions on things and perhaps in the near future my sisters too. In 1999 I am going to try to get pictures for all to see the people and things I am talking about but we will see how that goes. I encourage you to visit Deep River Waterpark which is open Daily from 10 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. until September 6, 1999. Please not the park will be closed from August 23-27 and from August 30-September 3, 1999. The park will have Tubin Tuesdays from 6:30-9:30 until August 17. Admission is only $5.00

The friendliest female lifeguard: Mary (Sure she makes me say hi to Jon every time I see him but with her trademark ponytail, nice smile and kind words at all times even when I may not be feeling my best she always has something nice to say)

Lifeguards with the best sandals: Erin and Courtney (Erin's sandals are orange I like them a lot. Courtneys well I couldn't actually tell you the color but they are unique so I like them)

Lifeguard that seems to most enjoy their work: Justin (I do not see Justin very often since he is usually by the wave pool but when I have seen him pushing on slides he really seems to do a good job. I have observed that several kids like to have him push them somtimes they even demand that he switches slides just to push them.)

Lifeguard with the best hat: Nicole (I have only see this hat once but it is very nice and when she was wearing it was the best way to see a cap on a girl. She has some nice curly long hair and through the slot in the back went the ponytail. Of course everyone knows I like ponytails)

Lifeguard with the best watch: Name unknown (You would think I would know her name alot as she ends up pushing me alot. Her watch is yellow. She has this tendency to often call me Sir although I don't think I am that old. I know she just has good manners but her name I do not know. She is one of the best pushers on the storm and I often think her face has turned red from all the pushing she does. If you hear are you ready sir or ready girls, ready miss it is her maybe one day her name I will know)

Lifeguard that pushes the best on the tube slide: Michelle (She always has a smile even though some days it can be very small. I was so impressed one day that if I had a gold star I would have given her one.)

This is a picture of Kristen with her new and improved hairstlye. My sister has appointed herself the president of the Kristen Contigent. She claims that Kristen is just like Christina except she's nice and soon you just might read some similarites between the 2. As they already say at the Associated Prater Companies where the Kristen Contigent has a strong base Kristen and Christina sound nearly the same. Of course there voices are not the same but the Lifeguard I do the best impression of is Kristen.

Update on the Kristen Contigent: on Saturday October 2, 1999 my sister resigned as president of the Kristen Contigent. She admitted that indeed the love of my life Christina is nicer than Kristen. The Kristen Contingent was completely destroyed on October 2, 1999. Perhaps one day you will read the details. My sister is now the head of the Kelly G fan club. Kelly G does not work at Deep River Waterpark. It was a tough choice but in the end she decided on the Kelly G fan club over Mary's Minnions. Of course she thinks Mary is very nice that is why Mary was named the nicest female lifeguard in 1999. The girl with the trademark ponytail who everyone loves turned 18 on October 11, 1999 which gave Mary's Minnions a reason to celebrate. There have been rumors that I like Mary circulating for the past two years. I am refusing to comment on them at this time

Lifeguard my sister does the best impression of: Dustin (He only works on the weekends this year but when my sister is near Dustin a very good impression of Dustin you can easily hear.)

My favorite Lifeguard: Christina (I admit my prejuidice on this one. I have liked her since the day I saw at a volleyball tournament formerly known as the girl with the cute knees. For her I would do absolutely anything one day I am going to marry her or I will die trying. She is the reason I get up every day because one day my goal is to love and provide for the perfect girl to me.) You will not see her picture on this website but I do have one that I wake up to everyday. To Read The Poem Wondering and to see approximately how many days until our wedding Wondering is a poem I wrote some time ago as I tried to resist liking Christina but since to me she is perfect I can not help my self.

Best Sandals: Kristen (My sister is so happy she is going to get these once Kristen is done with them and as you know my sister is now the President of the Kristen fan club just wait until we all go bowling together that is going to be something different)

We even have seen her at the Sandwich Shop. She is one of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. Whenever you see her you should buy buy buy)
