What do the club officers do?

President

• Conducts meetings
• Leads the voting on new stocks.

Vice President

• Conducts meetings when the president isn't around
• Is responsible for educational type club activities

Portfolio Manager

• Keeps an eye on currently held stocks for purposes of determining portfolio composition
• Determines when it's time to update reports
• Keeps track of what reports were done when and by who
• Archives old reports

Secretary

• Takes notes at meetings
• Provides a newsletter
• Conducts the meeting if both President and Vice President are absent

Treasurer

• Collects money, makes deposits
• Handles bookkeeping for all stocks as statements comes in
• Presents a valuation for each meeting
• Files tax return for club

Cruise Director

• Provides support to other club officers, which can consist of mocking them if they ask for something
• Butt of many jokes at meetings
