Financing Products

Atlantis provides subordinated debt and equity financing for; (i) management led buy-outs; (ii) leveraged buy-outs; (iii) recapitalizations and; (iv) growth. The following is a summary of our products, a profile of a desirable prospect, and our general underwriting guidelines:

1. Subordinated term loans ranging in size from $500,000 to $10,000,000
2. Targeted IRR for subordinated term loans ranging from 17% to 25%, depending on method of payment and risk evaluation.
3. Yield provided in any combination of cash, payment in kind, or equity participation (warrants or options).
4. Financing term of up to five years.
5. Secured or unsecured.
6. Terms of subordination negotiated on a transaction by transaction basis.

1. Preferred or common stock financing ranging in size from $500,000 to $10,000,000.
2. Targeted IRR’s of 22% to 35% depending on the merits of each transaction.
3. Financing horizon of two to five years
4. Offered on a non-control basis with liquidity provided through demand registration rights, fixed term or put options.
