Atlantis finances and invests domestically and globally in a wide range of businesses. The Company's primary interest is middle market growth and later stage manufacturing, distribution and service companies featuring innovative, proprietary products and services coupled with competitive market positions. High-tech, biotechnology, commercial real estate, joint ventures and financial institutions are given consideration. |

$500,000 to $25,000,000. |
Structure: |
Instruments appropriate for each transaction will be chosen and can include: Common Stock, Subordinated Notes, Convertible Notes, Convertible preferred Stock, Common Stock Warrants, Preferred Stock. |

Interest (12% to 18%) or dividend (9% to 14%) payments. |

Minority interest, usually 10% to 49% fully diluted. Not active in daily operations, Board Representation. |
