We buried little Leon today in the St. Francis Cemetary where
our Father, Kate's little girl, and Hilda's little boy is buried.
They all lay in a row peacefully taking their rest until the
judgment day of Christ. Leon was 6 years 9 months and 21
days old. So good bye our own little boy may God bless us
all.

We had school meeting and I was elected treasurer but I was
moderator and did not call it out so J. Williams claims that I
am not elected and will not let me act. Well, let him go with
his meanness it is a long road that has no turns I may have a
chance some day to get even. I will watch and wait.

Ralph & Arthur Shull moved into the woods came with a horse
and light wagon from Minneapolis. I guess Ralph has made
about his last trip to the city and will be content to stay in the
woods. His wife left him and his Mother is going to keep
house for him. Well every one must have just so much trouble
in this world of sorrow and care.
