Hillsdale College

Hillsdale is a wonderful liberal arts college in southern Michigan. I won't go on praising the glories of this little conservative bastion, but just for the record: It was the second college in the nation to admit women on an equal basis as men, graduated African-Americans before the Civil War, refused to have segregated ROTC units during the First World War and gave up all government funding when they were told they would have to institute affirmative action in their school. They're argument to the government? "We've been doing this a lot longer than you have and we'll keep doing it...WITHOUT your help."

I worked in the Interactive department of MBC doing website programming last summer. I think this company has more fun doing a good job than should be humanly allowed, but I'm not complaining. They're a great bunch of very talented people and I miss them a lot.

Without shame, this is the denomination that my home church in Glenside, PA belongs to. I've been apart of this church as long as I can remember and everytime I go soul searching God brings me right back to where I started...where I belong.
