Sebella, Jeytee's green flit, was born on February 14, Valentine's Day. She is the sole survivor of her clutch. The others were either eaten by a predator or destroyed by a natural disaster.

Sebella is the perfect example of the flighty green of the firelizard breed. As a companion,she is very loving and caring, but sometimes gets absorbed in her own world and is startled easily. She is very protective, often swooping and attacking if she feels Jeytee is threatened.

To the right is a picture of Sebella's egg before she hatched. We were pretty sure she would be a green, but you can never tell. Her hatching was something of a surprise. Jeytee hadn't had the egg but one week before he heard it rocking violently, the little flit inside trying to crack it's shell. As he hurried toward the egg, it split right down the middle, showing the brilliant green skin of the new hatchling. Luckily, he'd been keeping a bowl of fresh meat near at hand, or she may have taken his hand instead. *laughs*
