Hello,
My name is Michelle Steele and I am the mother of three lovely daughters ages 9 1/2 - 7- 4 1/2
My oldest daughter was molested by her Bio dad
from what I've learned since she was quite small
she reported him on june 18th 1996 after we had seperated over an other issue.
At this time dispite his sentance and his time(although very short) spent in jail he is asking for visitation.
we just came back from a pretrial hearing yesterday and so far it's being denied (at least for the next two months) we go back Febuary 17th the day before the oldest child's birthday.
Iam fighting for the safty and the well being of these children, but sometimes it seems that their is no justice, I cannot understand why a child molester even has the right to ask for vistation and how can it be allowed?
I pray that the judge in this area continues the no contact order and that he never considers This man fit to be around any children.

algia and I know how much of an effort it is some days to really be honest in what I add there. I've made a pact with myself to always be honest even if it sounds like I'm whining. It helps me to get the weight off my chest to get it on paper or online. S
