in memory for my son Larry.
Larry was my second child
that lived. He was the only child that Terry and I
ever had. Larry brought alot of joy and heart break.
But he was the pride that we shared. He was a
a very upset baby and that caused us to fight.
Of course that was because neither Terry or I
knew what to do for this poor baby boy.
Being new parents to our shared baby.However Larry
did bring us many happy hours as well.
But thats only part of being parents .Unfortunately babies
don't come with a book of instructions.
The Lord did bless us with a healthy baby.
which we both were happy about he had
ten fingers and ten toes thank the good Lord.
As Larry grew up he wanted to play more than
do any part of work and Terry being a new father
would let him .Larry would take his toys apart
only not to be able to put any of them back togather
again so Larry was a spoiled baby and a young man.
This I fought most of this young life. Larry didn't know
how to read or write. I am sure you are asking
yourself .She keeps saying was .Well I have a
a real good reason for doing that.You see Larry
would follow the wrong people and do wrong things
One day that all caught up with him.They tricked him into
to going to a beer party and becaus the guys that
that was so called friends took his life..I knew there
was something wrong because the night he was
killed I felt things that was happening to me .Was the
night that they killed him. I knew than some where in the
back of my mind I would never see him again.
Than one Sunday in May of 1990 My fears came
to life. My sister called my daughter and told her that
there was a story in the news paper that said the
the local police department had found a body
and they said his name even before they had called
me or my daughter Lee.They did come to our home
and ask for an id of Larrys and within minutes our
fears came to suface. Larry was dead and had been
laying in his shallow grave for 6 months.
I hope and pray that if any of your children ever disappear
demand and keep pressing on for the pd to find them.
Never ever give up .Search each avenue and ask
everyone that you know if they had seen or heard
anything about .Little lives are given us for such a
short time.
Larry was only 18 at the time.And he never had the
chance to grow up and give me any grand babies.
Oh Larry I miss you son and I love you. Well I hope
this new story and memories helps you know my
son better.
