REBECCA BALDWIN
Regency
Actually this story is a fairy tale - even a very enjoyable.
A european prince needs a princess for his little principality. And
there is only one good place on earth where he can find the right
woman - in England. That's why Theo von Hazloe decides to travel
to England. And he thinks he also knows the right woman for him,
an ideal british Lady, Louisa Coldstone.
But Louisa's heart beats for another man, her cousin Colonel Randolph
Rodney, a man with no wealth. She knows he would never be accepted
as her bridegroom by her family. Randolph is also Theos best friend.
Louisa has also a best friend, Ann, daughter of Englands most famous
wine trader. Ann doesn't think Theo is something special and she
handles him sometimes with disrespect.
Of course, this story has also a bad guy, the cousin from Theo,
Johannes von Hazloe. He would love to be the new prince of Hazloe
and he doesn't want a marriage between the prince and an English
lady. A fight for power, intrigue, and true love starts.
A funny story which you will read with an eye blink :-)
