The Spinster Bride by Jane Bonander

Kate McCurdy is 28 years old and the most important part of her life was always her niece Brynna. She raised her after the death of Brynna's parents. One year ago Brynna ran away with a stranger. That nearly broke Kate's heart. But the letter who told her about the death of her niece and her baby was in the same way cruel. Now she's received a letter from an unknown person who tells her that her niece had twins and that one little girl still lives. How could that terrible man who had married her niece keep it a secret from her.

Kate travels to Texas to try to get custody of the little girl. But Sage Reno, the father of Annie, doesn't want to give his daughter away. So both find an agreement, they marry and then they are able to raise the baby together. Does Kate feel for her new husband only contempt? And how did her niece and the other twin die?

Orrin Schuyler, meanwhile has squandered all of Cale's animal skins. So he offers his daughter to him. She should work for Cale till the debts are paid off.

Because Raven, a half Indian, looks beautiful, Cale accepts and takes her with him. But she is not only beautiful she is also crafty and soon Cale can't imagine living without her.



The Ninth Mis Noddenly by Kasey Michaels

It is so unjust that Virginia Noddenly is the ninth daughter of Sir Roderick Noddenly and that her father wants to have his daughters married after the age. The first five are married and live happy together with their husbands but Virginia's three older sisters don't show any interests to find a man. This is so terrible for her because she is in love with Jonathan Wetherell, an Earl.

Also Jonathan looks for a way to marry his love and so he has the idea to find husbands for Virginias sisters. He invites them all together with a few men to his estate not knowing what chaos that will be.
