I find on the net or are submitted by e-mail to me
that are exceptional in some way.
They can be funny, yet clean, original & creative,
loving or romantic, or they can touch my heart in
some way, they can be sites that just care about others.
Presented sites must be about more than just
the Author and friends. It has to have the
ability to reach the outside world and touch
others as well. The site must also be more than just
a started site, do not submit sites that have been
just started and there is not much there yet.
awards are for those who deserve them.
in any way - or even slightly close to that,
discriminating in any way, or just plain distasteful.
Nor can they have links to any of the above.
In other words, child safe sites without violence.
that can bring peace of mind, or just a smile.
Sites that I award I will post here so others
may enjoy them as much as I have. It takes
more time than I care to think of to create a site
that has the above categories and they justly
deserve these awards and are well worth taking
a look at. Hope you enjoy them as much as I have :-)

even consider it. The sites that win this have to hit me
with a ton of bricks in a sense. It has to hit home...
but most of all, it has to end up in my favorite folder
for many many return visits from me. It can be
centered on any subject exept the above...
but it must reach my heart. I have seen many sites
that can win this, so go for it if you feel you have such
a site, I'm not that hard to please :-)
