Victorian Charm~Finding A Suitable Suitor

I came across this list in an old publication and found it interesting so I thought to share it with
you. The following are rules that one should consider when searching for a mate. It seems
that if you followed these guidelines then your own short comings would be balanced
out, maybe opposites attract isn't a bad thing!

People of the same eye color should not marry, choose someone with
a different eye color especially if you have gray, blue, black, or hazel eyes.
Someone with prominant features both physically and emotionally
(i.e. thin, cold blooded, sharp bone structures) should marry
someone that is their opposite (soft, warm natured, and emotional).
Soft and delicate personalities should seek someone that is of a
stronger character to promote balance.
Very short tempered, nervous, or those with excitable personalities
should marry someone that is more even natured. It was believed
the calmness will quiet the more excitable one.
Someone with quick speech and dramatic motions should marry
someone of the more subtle, deliberate type.
If you have extremely curly or thin hair seek someone that has
straight or thicker hair.
Bright red hair and paler complexions often denote an excitable
personality, therefore you should find a lifemate with dark hair.
