arizona (late dec. '98 - early jan. '99)

background: i visited the jessica for the first time in 1998. i spent about three weeks with her, celebrating christmas and new years eve. i got to see the beautiful desert sky at night (the stars are way oppressive, man!) and hang out with cowboys in tombstone. and the fact that i could wear a t-shirt and short skirt on christmas eve was beyond disturbing. what can i say. it was an interesting visit? so, here are my, er, vacation photo's: jessica and her beloved arizona green tea. driving to tombstone - window view driving to tombstone - window view 2 driving to tombstone - window view 3 driving to tombstone - window view 4 ringo's saloon where we were new years eve me and jessica boothill graveyard: "here lies george johnson hanged by mistake 1882 he was right we was wrong but we strung him up and now he's gone" kansas kid's grave (blurry pic.) the graves of billy clanton and frank mclaury, killed october 26, 1881 in a vacant lot being the shootout at the ok corral. read about them here! tom mclaury's grave. the tombstone to the right reads: billy clanton, tom mclaury, frank mclaury MURDERED on the streets of tombstone 1881. read about them here! "margarita - stabbed by gold dollar" lester moore's boards' (in)famous inscription: "here lies lester moore - four slugs from a 44 - no les no more" seymore dye's grave "'82 - killed by indians" i can't read the inscription, sorry, but i thought the image nice enough anyways. "john blair - died of smallpox. cowboy threw rope over feet and dragged him to his grave" - i like this picture a whole lot. oh man... look at that amazing view from the boothill graveyard... can you say 'mountains'? :)
