This
pageant, dedicated to the memory of our beloved Empress 1, Julie
Vaughn, is open to any individual that has not performed on stage for
tips. The contestants, of either gender, are allowed one hour to
transform themselves into the ideal of the "gender of their choice".
The contestants present themselves on stage before the transformation.
During the transformation, the audience is treated to a wonderful show
featuring the Court's most popular entertainers.
Man
to woman, woman to man, You probably get the idea. Application packets
will bve available August 1 and may be obtained by Empress 16 Chanda Lier.
