In October of 1998, we moved back to Texas. Alex’s father is quite ill. We felt we needed to be closer to Alex’s Father and Mother. We are now (11 November 1998) in the process of house hunting and trying to get re-settled in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. It is good to be back in Texas (though I have to admit there are lots of things I miss about Florida). I’m glad to be able to see my family readily and without months intervening between visits. I’ll keep updating this site to provide pictures and text about our house hunt and eventual settlement.
Us at Razzle Dazzle Dallas We made our 11 year anniversary - LaborDay weekend of 1998. Our sense of teamwork and humor - and of course our love - have kept us together through good times and through bad. Technically we have only agreed on a 34 year contact together; so we only have 23 more years to go. (We did leave ourselves the option of renewing it at the end of the 34 years.)
That is Jeff on the left and Alex on the right. (Jeff constantly reminds Alex that Alex is the older of the two by 34 days.)

Us at Hot Springs Ark. Here we are at Hot Springs, Arkansas. It's a quiet sleepy place but stunningly beautiful and has a delightful history. Check it out if you're ever in that part of the world.
Be sure to try some of the spring water and don't miss out on a bath in one of the old bath houses.

Jeff kissing a llama Jeffrey and his pet, "Tony", LLama. As you can see, Jeff has a weakness for animals and bad puns too. Check out our K-9 page for more about our two dogs.
Jeff has a heart as big as all outdoors. He is deathly afraid of snakes and yet has been known to stop on the road to rescue a snake that is injured.

Alex sitting on a ledge Alex likes to mug for the camera and try out various artsy poses. Here are shots of Alex in Fort Worth.
Alex in a doorway Several photos were shot in or around the old abondoned Swift & Armour meat packing plant in the Fort Worth Stock Yards. Alex is a true Texas boy to the end.
