| Welcome to the fellowship of Faery. Brace yourselves. The majik is in YOU! All you have to do is open your eyes, your heart, your minds & BELIEVE! What do you see? What do you hear? Faeries keep their own secrets-and so do their friends. There have been good reason why they have been so quiet for the past few centuries. Our world and the world of Faery have drawn apart in the natural tidal swings of the universe. While they were furthest apart, only a very few people had the sensitivity needed to sense across the gap. So Faery fell into disrepute with orthodox thinkers. resulting in disbelief in and denial of the otherworld realms. A climate of doubt is hard enough to deal with, if we try to push people who are not ready to believe in Faery, we evoke hostility. Faeries are, of course, very energy sensitive. An atmosphere of hosility is extremely unpleasant for them, they will avoid it as much as possible. For this reason, TRUE friends of the Fae do not force or try to force belief or awareness on those who are unready and unwilling. Where do we start if we want to become personal friends of the Fae? YOU are the one who has to actually find your way through. No human person can take your hand and lead you into the Faerie Realm. Faeries like to talk, so they like people who can be quiet and listen when appropriate. They speak in subtle voices, in hidden ways. If you aren't good at listening and listening with more than just your ears, you won't beable to hear them. You need to listen with your heart, and open yourselves to the subtle senses of emotion and empathy. They like to play jokes, so you need a sense of humor. I hope you won't mind while they giggle at you for itching your nose. For they are actually fluttering their wee lil wings right under your nose and you don't even know it. To interact with the Fae, it helps to realize that the otherworld is everywhere!!! It overlays our mundane world, enhancing it with majik and Faery glamour when we open our eyes to view. Faeries love to sing. They consider singing to be a great art, an alchemy of the spirit. Giggles are the grace notes of Faery music. Remember to let your heart be light and playful. If you feel like giggl'n, please do so now! Giggles are the grace notes of Faery music. This fear of looking foolish to ourselves is one of the greatest obstacles to opening communication with the Fae. Another great obstacle is the fear of looking foolish to others. The greatest obstacle of all is believing we won't be able to do this and NOT trying. Faeries also love to dance, and they like people who dance with them. Doesn't mean you have to be a great dancer, You can dance with a Faerie even sitting ina wheelchair. They are interested and involved in the Spirit, the energy of what we do. If you can dance, sing, giggle, or talk with them with your energy, in your hearts, they will be delighted! We let our breath, bones, and muscles guide us. Our hearts can sense the dance even when our minds don't know it. Breath is sacred, it transcends and permeates all of the worlds. Just rest into your body, your breath, your hearbeat, and your feelings. Let yourselves be the movement Enjoy the fizzy feeling |
