Dick's salmon bake

  In fry pan dice and par fry 1/2 pound of bacon

Drain fat.

Clean pan.

Drain bacon by putting on paper towel In butter (or margarine) in fry pan add par fried bacon 1 onion, diced 2 green peppers, diced two handfulls fresh mushrooms, diced

Fry the whole (mess) in the butter.

Season salmon filets cover down the centre with the mixture from the fry pan

Lightly cover the whole thing with mayonaise

Use a cookie sheet and cover it with tin foil to make clean up easy

Cook under broiler for approx. 10 minutes per pound
