Salmon mousse

• 1/4  lb  cream cheese
• 1/2 lb smoked salmon
• 1 /2  cup fresh cream
• 3 tablespoons   mayonnaise
• 3  gelatine leaves dissolved in 1/4 cup or 1/2 package powdered gelatine
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 onion
• salt and pepper

Dissolve gelatine in warm water.

Process onion untili minced, stir in salmos and process to a paste.

Add cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Process just to combine.

Pour in a small mold. ( oiled )

Chill at least 3 hours
