Grilled dilled salmon

Prepare grill.

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Arrange salmon in a tray made of heavy duty foil with 1 inch sides.

Spread butter mixture over fillets.

Place on grill over hot coals.

Cover lightly with foil and cook about 15 minutes, until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
