Salmon steaks

• 4 Salmon steaks
• 1/4 c Oil
• 2 tb Lemon juice
• 2 tb Soy sauce
• 1/2 tb Ginger

Combine all ingredients and pour over steaks.

Marinate 30 minutes; turn steaks; marinate another 30 minutes.

Barbecue 10 minutes; turn steaks and brush with marinade; cook another 10 minutes.
