On May 20- 21 Sat - Sun the 3rd annual Phila. Fish In will be held
on the Delaware River at the Neshaminy State Park, in the Marina
Bensalem Pa. Plenty of parking right were you fish no long walks
It is tidal and some times windy with some boat traffic.Bring back
leads.There is no rough current. I have been fishing the area and I
will be pre baiting. The largest fish I caught in the winter of 1999 was
28lbs I did find two dead 38 and a 40 lb Carp when I was pre baiting by
boat. They looked to be killed by human hands as far as I could tell.
I also don't know how death effects the weight but they were BFC
Take the Surekill to 95 north to the Street Rd Ext.(Rt 132) Take
Street Rd (RT 132 East) it's a right turn.Take to the dead end make
a left on State Rd. Take State Rd to the 3rd light make a right on
Cedar Ave take to dead end make a right on River Rd to dead end
make a left to next dead end make a right into the Marina.Pass all
the boats on your left to the other side of the Marina we will be fishing
in the back on your left you can't miss us.
It is easier then it sounds
Pa has a 3 day liscense for out of state people for $15.00, no tidal liscense is required. To get a liscense turn right on Cedar Ave, there is a place called Johnson's on the right, they sell bait, fishing licenses and auto parts
We can fish 24 hrs at the Marina if you want to I'm sure we will have
some that will.Nobody needs to worry about over night accommodations
just let me know you will be taken care of.
