At left is Life Scout Jeff Ingram. Sorry, but Jeff didn't have his Scout Uniform on when this picture was taken. Jeff is an Honors Student at Moreno Valley High School, where he is also on the JV Wrestling Team. Young Mr. Ingram resides in Moreno Valley with his parents Perry and Patti, and his younger brother, Jeremy, who is currently in Cub Scouting.
