The Brittany is a great hunting dog. Bred for his desire to please, good ground speed, and use of nose, this medium size pointer makes a great hunting companion. The ability to retrieve both land and water adds to his value in the field. As an upland hunter they truly excel. Locating the game and then pointing to it, lets the hunter have the best shot. Brittanies by nature are intelligent and of good temperament. They are also very active, most any Britt loves a good daily walk. They do have a tendency to get lonely so give them lots of attention!

Even as a puppy Britts are natural bird retrievers





Not to mention that they are just good mannered dogs!
