Hopped in with Ken Hatch to help familirize with lake. Cold front moved thru last night. Main lake temps 43! No haz. markers out yet. Started in Scribner brook, temps 47/48 marking fish in the channel but no takers. Next stopupper end of lake. First basin temp. 48. second basin 50 with some small coves to 52/53. Third basin 55. By late morning main lake was unfishable due to wind. Lots of new wood in the water as this area was hard hit by ice storm this past winter. Spent most time in second basin without a bite. Sure would like to see some warm sunny days!
