I predicted rain yesterday when I saw a couple of games at the Pan-Am games rained out and I was right. So we had to come up with a contingency plan for rockets. We put computers in for catapults and make catapults a group activity at the end of the day. Phil kind of put me on the spot today when he asked me to do the intro. He made a comment about seeing a dynamic presentation. Guess he wasn't happy with the comment I made in his mid stream evaluation. It wasn't my best presentation (only 5 minutes prep time and never lead the workshop before) but it wasn't the worst I've done either.

Right in the middle of the catapult session the sun comes out. But we're doing the launch tomorrow for sure.

We get home and Nina cooks pasta for us. We scarf down the spaghetti and file into the van. Time to see Star Wars. Last day in Dryden. SOLD OUT. So I go to the library while Phil and Nina go to the bank. I hook up with them at the bar and we have a drink and shoot some stick. I got beaten bad again. Ah well, c'est la vie.

We come back to the hotel after torturing Nina with her seat belt for a while (it was truly funny).

I go to my room and write my journal for the last two days (damned TV) and go to bed (after watching some telly).
