These were all taken Thanksgiving week, 2000. I was really disturbed to see many broken monuments and falling down fences here. I have never seen it look so bad. On an up note, I did see crews painting the fencing and doing other repair work. I hope the problems were weather related and not vandalism. I'm not always good about paying attention to inscriptions, tending to focus on statuary instead, but several here struck me.
