The afternoon of April 15th we took a drive east of Atlanta in search of cemeteries. We found a couple with burials beginning about 1850. I don't know the history of either cemetery, but at least one had a sign calling it the Almond Cemetery. It seems to be an expanded family burial ground. The other had no signage at all. The monuments weren't the big showy ones I usually like but interesting use was made of the local abundance of granite. Sorry about the lack of thumbnails but I was feeling particularly lazy.
