Xander Harris has a very interesting house. The upstairs hasn't really been seen (though there is a debate on whether there is a stove or not), but the downstairs basement that Xander lives in is quite the place to be. It has its own mirror ball, a washer and dryer, a bunch of chairs, and has been referred to as "a dark, dank hovel" by Giles. The basement has also served as the Sunnydale Inn, giving shelter to anyone playing for the light side of the Force throughout Season 4.
