WHITE CHOCOLATE FONDUE

2/3 cup heavy cream
12 ounces imported white chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon Chambord, Grand Mariner, apricot brandy, or other fruit flavored liqueur

In a 1-quart glass bowl, heat cream in a microwave oven on High 1 minute, or until very hot.  Add white chocolate and mix well.

Return to microwave and heat on Medium 1 minute.  Stir until most or all chocolate is melted.  Heat 1 minute longer, or until mixture is warm throughout.  Stir in liqueur.  Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm.
