1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
2 tablespoons garlic
1 teaspoon sugar
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons basil

Chopped green pepper
Chopped onion
Mushrooms
Olives
Fat-free mozzerella cheese
Fat-free parmesan cheese
Mix sauce ingredients and simmer a few minutes.
Spread over crusts. Add toppings. Bake at 400°F.
