The subjects of myths are selected most trainees. The responsibility of instructor consists, first of all, of pushing slightly of them to understanding of the need for discussing, comprehending its ideas and finding the appropriate artistic means.

Example of subject - The fight of gods against the giants. In gods as the representatives of a constant, reasonable beginning rigid nature predominates. However, giants are spontaneous, variable forms and have soft, fluid nature.

Further, since is present the struggle of opposites is used, dynamics, i.e., motion along the diagonal.

Should be isolated the central group of heroes, after introducing into it the element of the circle (it is utilised the ability of circle to rivet attention). The same it is possible to attain by another method, after using tone or colour contrast.

In composition can be included the formal elements, for example, of the trajectory of the motion of heroes, the tracks of the released arrows and so forth work must be one-piece, it is good to be read from a distance and that with at the same time saturated by details, i.e. to include "large" and "small".

Selecting colours, it is possible to consider their different emotional sounding. It is desirable to introduce into the watercolour composition the nuances of red as the colour, which expresses stress, fight.

Are carried out two works by watercolour (A2 each) and one in the graph, by India ink. Watercolour works can be executed at will of trainee both in the realistic and decorative manners.
