Systematic recommendations:
Operation on the size:
Students sketch the simple form (for example, leaf), locating it along the center line of size. Then the obtained outline is divided on the part (it is possible to use a structure of the nervation of sheet).
Students do take styli and do cover each part of the sheet with what - or by method (for example, one by circles, other by triangles, third by primes in different direction, by undulating lines, by points, etc). Work will be considered finished when figure will look by dark spot on the white paper (without the holes and the openings).
Task:
To give the simplest graphic habits, and to also introduce the concept of spot. All this is used in the subsequent works.

Systematic recommendations:
At first is conducted the demonstration of the books, dedicated to the history of dress. Attention of trainees must be focused on the characteristic parts of clothing, especially decorative. Then the basic proportions of face of man are explained.
Trainees take up work, and carry out in the pencil it is depicted figures on the belt. After this, it is divided into the whole forms (for example: eye, pupils, nose, lip, hair, eyebrow, the part of the clothing), each of which is graphically filled up also as in the foregoing task.
Task:
the deepening of graphic skills and habits, obtained in occupations 11-12, and also the acquisition of work experience on the portrait.

Systematic recommendations:
Before the fulfilment of exercise, one should show albums with the forms of different cities (medieval Gothic, ancient-Russian, orient). After the trainees the freedom of choice of style remains. They can also connect diverse elements, enrich image with the aid of their fantasy ".
Operation will be analogous to two foregoing tasks. Contour is sketched city house, the trees/wood of machine, figurine of people and animals; cloud, bird. Each element in the form is the whole form. The tiles of roofs, the bricks of pipes, laying of walls, window, (cobblestone of bridge, etc., all different materials present excellent occasion for applying the graphic habits.
Before working by India ink, it is possible to make light colour backing.
Task:
to train trainees to careful handling with the part, skill to see in the figure "large and small". For the checking it is possible to cut out on the separate sheet small window by size the match of boxes and to move by it from the work. Everything, which falls into the sequence, must be interestingly.
