Tiny Angel

1 1" std flower pot
1 1" wood head bead
2 1 1/4 wood hearts (I use the kind with the scalloped edge)
small amout of ting-ting
paint & glue
small piece of 1/8" ribbon

Paint pot and hearts white. Paint trim of your choice around edge of hearts and rim of pot. (I use a sponge technique)
head bead can either be left natural or painted a flesh tone.
Paint on face.
Turn pot upside down and glue on head.
Glue hearts (wings) to back of pot, with points facing in.
I use a couple of coats of interior varnish, to protect the paint.
Cut several pieces of ting-ting and glue to top of head for hair.

They are Very easy and cute!

Tea Lady

1 2" terra cotta pot
1 1 1/2" head bead or ball knob
mini curly doll hair
24" pc white lace either 1/4" or 1/2" your choice
skin tone acrylic paint
white paint
Your choice of paint colour for her "dress"
12" pc of paper twist to match dress colour
1 3" straw or crochet hat
5 pcs 1" rosebuds to match dress colour
8" pc of ribbon to match dress colour
1 mini coffe set or tea pot, watering can, again your choice.

Paint pot with dress color.
Paint head with skin tone.
Turn pot upside down and glue head to pot.
Paint small white dots or hearts on pot.
Glue hair on head.
Paint hat to match dress let dry.
Glue hat on head.
Glue a piece of lace (approx. 8") around bottom of pot
Gather rest of lace and glue around neck.
Cut one 8" piece of paper twist and tie a knot in center for hands.
glue ends of twist behind the head.
Glue tea pot, mug or watering can in hands.
Glue four roses around bottom of pot.
The remaing rose is glued to hat.
Tie a bow with ribbon and glue to front of lace on her neck.
Draw or paint a cute face.
I always seal my work with an interior varnish to protect it. I made a set of these in different colours, each holding something in her hands for a tea party. One had the tea pot, couple had mugs, one with the sugar etc.
