Cerebral Palsy is defined as Paralysis of cerebrum(brain),due to injury or infection on the time of delivery or around the time of delivery.The injury may be birth injuries ,in forceps deliveries,fetus neck around the umbilical cord.There are no specific events that, if they occur during pregnancy, delivery, or infancy, will always occurring at birth or right after birth
Infection may be due to TORCH factors.
