How do I donate to the guild?
There is a list of guild shops on the home page of the guild that accepts donations. Donations are not mandatory, but are welcomed. If you wish to donate items, please send them to whichever shop you wish to donate to, unless you have more then 5 items. In that case, please set up a trade and neomail the shop. Be paitent when it comes to guild accounts accepting trades.

How am I raised in rank?
By being active. Once a month, the guild council will go through the member list and raise people in rank that we feel deserve it. One way not to be raised in rank is to ask.

How can I be active?
There are several ways to be active. By posting on the message board, by participating in our quests (weekly or daily), and/or donating to the guild. The last is not mandatory, but is considered participation.

What happens if I can't be active?
Try to tell us ahead of time your reasons for not being able to be active. Example: Going out of town, moving, having a baby, weddings, etc. If you are inactive for more than 1 month and we don't know why, you will be removed from the guild, BUT we understand that things can happen in life that we do not expect. If this is the case and you are removed from the guild, you may rejoin at any time. (You will not have to fill out an application again.)

Why can't I use glow font?
We aren't biased against only glow font, but the fonts that are difficult to read. Face it, we are all getting older and words that move around the screen don't help our sanity. Our guild rules clearly state that your font must be easy to read, otherwise your posts will be deleted. You will get one warning and then if you still do not change your font, you will get a mark. Mainly, it's just a courtesy to our members.

How can I get a job?
When a job becomes available, we approach members that we feel can fill the position. We cannot create jobs for every member that wants one. The people that hold job positions are put onto our SubCouncil.

What are the ranks and what do they mean?
The ranks change with our themed layouts, but they always stay in the same order. From top to bottom, the order goes: Council, Subcouncil, Active Members, Newer Members, Gallery/Guild Accounts/Once Active-Now Away Members, and then Browsing Members.

Why does it take so long for Daily Quest winners to be announced?
Because the council each has a life and sometimes we don't get online until late in the day. The winner will always be announced, so please don't worry about us forgetting.

What does the council consider begging?
We consider anything that even remotely looks like you are asking for items or NP to be begging. We understand that for faerie quests, this cannot be helped. You can, however, word it correctly by saying "Where can I find...?" Members will then post shops that you can find the particular item. Sending items to members is fine, but please don't feel that you have to in order to gain a friendship or to be noticed. Our friendship is free. Mainly, we ask that you do not do this because we love our guild and would hate any of you to be reported to The Neopets Team for asking for items or NP.

Why does the council request that we neomail them with our guild questions rather than posting them on the board?
Honestly, we feel that some questions aren't appropriate for the entire guild to see. People spend their valuable time on Neopets and with us. The last thing we want to do is waste it by making them go through 15 pages of questions that could be answered in one neomail by council easily.

Why wont I get my Banner Reward if I use a banner I created?
The council works very hard on the banners we create for you. We are glad you feel creative enough to create your own, but we like to save our rewards for those that advertise with our banners.
